Comeback Award Nominations
The Comeback Award will honor one person who has suffered an injury or has been removed from competition for other reasons and returned to excel..
Who can be nominated?
Nominees should have had an injury or other circumstance that forced them to miss playing time and have comeback to excel.
A panel will select at least five finalists to be voted on by the community.
Timeline:

Nominations: Open until Jan. 31, 2016
- Finalists Announced: Feb. 21, 2016
- Voting: Feb. 22 - April 22, 2016
Top Three:
The Top 3 vote recipients will be announced May 8, 2016 and invited to attend the awards event.
Winner:
The winner will be announced June 7, 2016 at the Mid- Valley Sports Awards.
