Heart & Desire Award Nominations
The Heart & Desire Award will honor one person who is the heart of their team and shows the desire to win.
Who can be nominated?
Nominees are likely not the star or even starter on their team but show the heart to lead and desire to win and do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.
A panel will select at least five finalists to be voted on by the community.

Nominations: Open until Jan. 31, 2016 -- NOMINATION DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL FEB. 15
- Finalists Announced: Feb. 21, 2016
- Voting: Feb. 22 - April 22, 2016
Top Three:
The Top 3 vote recipients will be announced May 8, 2016 and invited to attend the awards event.
Winner:
The winner will be announced June 7, 2016 at the Mid- Valley Sports Awards.
